Bobby’s Gin is inspired by the original recipe of grandfather Jacobus “Bobby” Alfons. Grandpa Bobby was known for his blend of Dutch jenever with his Indonesian “Pinang Raci” spice mix. Bobby’s Gin therefore boasts a unique combination of Schiedam gin botanicals like juniper, fennel seed, and coriander, along with traditional Indonesian spices like lemongrass, cloves, and cinnamon. This spicy gin is known for its striking bottle, reminiscent of a Dutch jenever bottle, but with a traditional Indonesian “ikat” pattern. Bobby’s Gin is distinguished by its iconic serve of tonic water, an orange slice, and three cloves.
